With 15 years of experience in the customer service industry, April brings a deep appreciation for trust, professionalism, and relationship-building. However, it is her genuine warmth that people truly remember. Outgoing, upbeat, and full of life, she has a natural way of making a first conversation feel just like catching up with an old friend.

Keith Brown has spent 28 years doing the demanding work that keeps homes comfortable and businesses running. From long days in the Texas heat to urgent equipment failures, he brings patience, determination, and a practical understanding of how systems work.
His experience spans residential HVAC, commercial mechanical installation and startup, supermarket refrigeration, and restaurant kitchen equipment. He is often the technician called when a problem has left others searching for answers.
Keith believes his ability to troubleshoot and repair is a God-given gift—and that the best way to honor it is through hard work and service to others. He takes the time to investigate the problem, explain what he finds, and help customers understand their options. His name is on the business, and he takes that responsibility personally.
